Lenny GoLightly
Alexander Technique Practitioner

I’ve spent the past 15 years helping people reconnect with ease, presence, and balance through the Alexander Technique—a powerful approach to restoring natural poise and functional movement. I trained in through a rigorous 3-year full-time Advanced Diploma of Alexander Technique Teaching at The School for F.M. Alexander Studies in 2010, and since then, I’ve supported a diverse range of clients: from professional performers to people living with chronic pain, postural issues, mental health, as well as stress-related tension. I came to this work after personally experiencing how modern life disconnects us from our bodies, as in my early 20s, back in Germany, I struggled with neck and back pain from long hours at a desk and years of playing music under pressure. Learning Alexander Technique transformed how I relate to myself. I bring that same possibility for transformation to every session, helping clients cultivate conscious awareness, reduce unnecessary tension, and rediscover the natural alignment of the body and mind.
