Margret Pestorius

Social Worker and Mental Health Professional

Margaret Pestorius, Mental Health Social Worker.

I have worked as a counsellor, social worker, and mental health professional for over 20 years. My practice has been shaped by my own healing journey from trauma and nervous system collapse. I am passionate about supporting people to become their fullest selves, even within the challenges of a difficult and often unjust society. My approach guides people to connect with their personal values — always starting with the question: "What’s important to you?" I see relationships as central to healing and work with clients to develop a relational worldview that supports meaningful change.
